TASTY EGG SEMIYA |
INGREDIENTS:
vermicelli(semiya)- 1 packet(200 gms)
onion- 2 (meium sized)(chopped)
tomato-1(medium sized)(chopped)
egg-2
chilli powder-1/4 tsp
ginger garlic paste-1/4 tsp
curry leaves
coriander leaves
salt
oil
water-450 ml
METHOD:
- Take the kadai and pour some oil in it.
- put the ginger garlic paste and onion .
- fry till the onin gets translucent and put the tomatoes int.
- stir fry it till it becomes blended.
- add curry leaves,salt, chilli powder in it.
- add the eggs and fry it till it is scrambled.
- now add the water to it.
- after the water gets heated up put the vermicelli in it .
- after it gets cooked up remove it from flame.
- serve hot with the coriander leaves topping.
you can put vegetables also in this recipe.
