coconut milk(thick)-225 ml(1 big coconut)
sugar-14 to 16 tbsp
cashew nut- 8 to 10
roasted bengal gram- 2 tsp
ghee(optional)- 1 or 2 tsp
METHOD:
- Beat the eggs, coconut milk and sugar together using the blender.
- grind the cashew nuts and roasted bengal gram ,make the paste of it.
- mix the egg mixture and the paste together in a bowl.
- if you want more flavour you can add ghee if you wish.
- take the pressure cooker pour some water then keep the bowl with the mixture closed with a lid in it.
- pressure cook for 20 to 25 minutes in the flame.
- you can do this in microwave also.
- put the mixture in the microwave safe bowl and cook it in the microwave mode for about 8 to 10 minutes.
